Rufin ITO yana nufin shafi na Indium Tin Oxide, wanda shine mafita wanda ya ƙunshi indium, oxygen da tin – watau indium oxide (In2O3) da tin oxide (SnO2).

Gilashin juriya na yau da kullun (ƙimar juriya shine 60 ~ 150 ohms) - ana amfani da shi gabaɗaya don nunin lu'ulu'u na TN da kuma hana tsangwama ta lantarki.
Gilashin juriya mai ƙarancin ƙarfi (ƙarfin juriya ƙasa da 60 ohms) - galibi ana amfani da shi don nunin lu'ulu'u na ruwa na STN da allon da'ira mai haske.
