Touch Panel (TP) Cover Glass
This is the outermost protective layer designed specifically for touch screens. It sits directly on top of the sensitive touch sensor and display module, guarding them from scratches, dust, and daily impact.
The panel features a smooth, printed black border that cleanly frames the display area, hiding the adhesives and internal circuitry underneath. The central window is kept highly transparent to ensure crisp, bright screen visibility without compromising touch sensitivity.
Manufactured using chemically strengthened glass, it offers excellent durability. The surface can be treated with anti-glare and anti-fingerprint coatings to improve visibility in bright light and keep the screen looking clean.

What is the Safety Tempered Glass?
Safety glass is engineered to significantly reduce the risk of injury compared to standard float glass. Instead of shattering into sharp, jagged shards, it is processed to break in a safer way.
The most common type is tempered glass. It is created by heating the glass to high temperatures and then rapidly cooling it. This process creates high internal tension, making it roughly four to five times stronger than regular glass of the same thickness. When tempered glass does break under extreme force, it crumbles into small, blunt, pebble-like pieces that are unlikely to cause severe cuts.
