Do you know what is ghost effect?
Icons are hided when LED off but are visible when LED on. See below pictures:
For this sample, we print 2 layers of full coverage white firstly then print the 3rd grey shading layer to hollow the icons out. Thus create a ghost effect.
Usually the icons with transparent effect will happen pinholes or imperfections, through Saida Glass time to time trial run, finally, this have been improved a lot.
A good stability ink with appropriate mesh are the key points during printing process.
