Gilashin Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) wani ɓangare ne na gilashin Transparent Conducting Oxide (TCO). Gilashin da aka rufe da ITO yana da kyawawan halaye na watsawa da kuma ƙarfin watsawa. Ana amfani da shi galibi a binciken dakin gwaje-gwaje, na'urorin hasken rana da haɓakawa.
