On Sep. 2019, the new look of iphone 11’s camera came out; a complete tempered glass cover the full back with a protruded camera look had stunned the world.
While today, we would like to introduce the new technology we are running: a technology to reduce the glass part of its thickness. It can be widely used in electronic products with touch or decoration function for visually impaired people.
To reduce the part of thickness of glass, firstly, we will apply a special gel on the position which no need reduction, the put the glass in toned liquid for reduction.
After that, the surface is rough, which need to do a smooth polish to control its thickness are within required range.
