Why use Ceramic Ink?

Ceramic ink, as known as high temperature ink, can help to solve the ink drop off issue and maintain its brightness and keep the ink adhesion forever.

Process: Transfer the printed glass through flow line into tempering oven with temperature 680-740°C. After 3-5mins, the glass finished tempered and the ink dissolved in the glass.

Pros 2: Anti-UV

Pros 3: Higher transmittance

Cons 1: Lower production capability

Cons 2:  Surface not smooth as normal ink printing
